Home Care Packages (HCP):
LemonAid Allied Health offers services to individuals receiving a Home Care Package. Contact your service provider or My Aged Care to confirm availability of funding for an occupational therapy assessment along with subsidy towards goods, equipment and assistive technology (GEAT) and consumables if requiring specialised equipment and home modifications.
We are aware that Home Care Package funding is being replaced with the Support At Home program from 1 July 2025 along with the commencement of the new Aged Care Act. LemonAid Allied Health plan on making the transition with you
Fee for Service
If you are not eligible for Home Care Package funding, you are welcome to contact us to request a price guide for privately funded services.
